BØRN RZST™ — Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.
• During peak campaigns or limited drops, processing may take longer due to high demand.

2. Shipping Rates & Methods

• Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. For returns/exchanges, customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (see Returns & Exchanges Policy).

3. Delivery Estimates

• Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days (varies by region).
• Expedited Shipping: 3–7 business days.
• International orders may require additional processing time due to customs clearance and regional carrier delays. Please allow extra time during drops and global campaigns.

4. Customs & Import Taxes

• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import fees.
• These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping rates.

5. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
• Tracking updates depend on the carrier and your location.

6. Delays & Force Majeure

• BØRN RZST™ is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, natural disasters, strikes, or political unrest.
• We will notify customers of significant delays where possible

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

• If your package is lost or stolen after delivery, BØRN RZST™ is not liable. However, we will support you in filing a claim with the carrier and may, at our discretion, offer store credit or a replacement.

8. Incorrect Addresses

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
• Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error are not eligible for free replacement or refund.
