BØRN RZST™ – RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

1. OVERVIEW

At BØRN RZST™, every piece carries the spirit of resistance. We stand behind the quality of our products, but if a return is necessary, this policy explains how we handle it.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • The following items cannot be returned: sale items, gift cards, and limited-edition capsule releases (unless defective or damaged).

4. EXCHANGES

  • Exchanges are available for sizing issues if stock permits.
  • If the requested size is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.

5. REFUND PROCESS

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

6. SHIPPING COSTS

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

7. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at support@bornrzst.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

8. HOW TO START A RETURN

  • Email support@bornrzst.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
  • Our team will guide you through the next steps.

9. POLICY UPDATES

  • We may update this Returns & Exchanges Policy periodically. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

10. LOST OR DELAYED RETURNS

  • BØRN RZST™ is not responsible for lost or delayed return packages. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

11. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes. Please clearly mark the package as 'Returned Goods' to avoid additional fees.
